DISCOVERY BAY A 15-year-old girl was seriously injured in a boating accident Wednesday afternoon, sheriff's marine patrol officials said. Around 4 p.m., 43-year-old Discovery Bay resident Robin Lambert took her daughter and two female friends to go inner tubing on the Delta, Lt. Will Duke said.
