  1. Golden age of the WWE, Gorrilla & The Brain on commentary you can't get any better then that. Having both of them call your first televised ppv championship match. Taker looks ? Shame Hogan couldn't and wouldnt put Taker over clean. Ended up tellin Vince Taker screwed his neck up with his tombstone brother. When he didn't.

  2. Post match, Hogan apparently tried to pretend that Undertaker injured him for real with that Tombstone, even though his head was clearly about two feet away from touching anything.

He could have finished Undertaker's career with Vince before it even started, look for Undertaker's podcast on the topic where he recalls it like it was yesterday, it should even be up as a recommended video off the back of this one.

Hogan was a piece of work.

  3. The great days of wrestling.
I was born in 82. Watched wwf. Nwa. I had cable and watched every territory back in those days. Todays fans will NEVER know what WRESTLING truly is.

  4. My knees cringe every time I see that tombstone. I don't care how much pain he can take, that's 600 pounds coming down on the top of that chair plus the physics added. x.x

  5. As a kid I'd never seen someone stand in the ring as Hogan entered, usually they'd stand outside. I knew at that moment taker was viewed differently. And as you could tell the pop he received at the end of the match as he won, a legend in the making.
