He will be fine. Hes still confident, it shows in his finishes and the amount he is shooting. This confidence isnt found in the likes of Lonzo, and Lonzo will still make it. I see Trae becoming a shooting Rondo.

He's very talented, has good vision and can attack to the rim and draw defenders for a easy dump down or can just finish at the rim with contact. But he has to improve his shot.

Trae Young is going to be good. It took Steph like 5 years to develop. Trae is still being double and triple teamed in the summer league – he'll be a good player in a few years in the NBA when he gets straight up one on one because he has good players around him. He can shoot when he's not taking bad forced shots, and he has that running throw up lay up kind of like Chris Paul. When his body develops more, and he settles into a true point guard role – he's going to be good. People just read the box scores and haven't actually watched him play.

Amazing finishes at the rim, great vision and great passes, has an absolute cannon from deep. Only downsides are defense and his shot selection. He works on the mental part of the game he’ll be alright ??
