  1. McCaffery is an 8th overall pick that averages 2.9 ypc (due to a modest last game). Kareem Rush is a third round pick that leads the league. McCaffery is a pretty good athlete. But the number 8 pick at running back should be a stud right now. People want to see him succeed because he is White and he plays rb, but he is nothing special.

  2. As long as he can remain uninjured and the offensive line keeps improving I think McCaffrey will continue to improve. Hasn't been spectacular so far, but he's been decent. He has talent and a good work ethic and behind a good offensive line and with more carries that's gonna pay off eventually. Looking forward to their game tonight against Miami!

  3. McCaffrey is sooo underrated. This kid plays the half back position the way it was always meant to be played. Versatile with his speed, agility, receiving, and runs. This kids only going up from here.

  4. One thing ive noticed all year is that he makes some crucial `1st downs, He always makes the 1st man miss, that can't be taught instincts. but he has had a huge part of Carolina being better.I think Carolina is gonna come ouiand go long a few times. There is no way a linebacker or a safety can cover him.

  5. Kamara is so overrated. Anyone can put up stats with Bree's and Sean Peyton. That's a fact. I've watched a lot of saints games. Every teams focus on defense is stop drew Bree's and the passing game creating less than eight in the box and spreading the D out. We haven't by any means, seen the best of Christian Mccaffery. You have a Runningback, especially a patient runner/cutter that needs to get *NSYNC with the online. Getting 4 carries a game isn't going to do anything. Especially when he's gameplanned for and the panthers mike Shula is calling power option runs. Mccaffery you need to line up under center or spread the defense out in a 3-4 WR set. I'll take Mccaffery any day over Kamara. His route running and hands are incredible, his release, his fundamentals and vision is phenomenal. Opponents are looking to stop the run vs panthers. Regardless, Mccaffery is the better player without question. If this offense had a Shaun Mcvay, Kyle Shanahan, Andy Reid, Sean Peyton, or Doug Peterson it would be lights out, period. People on here talking stats like they know the football. I've played, and yes I'm still a student of the game. I love it!

  6. The kid has an amazing ability to adapt. Marshall was like this – started out with 3.9 ypc his first year, but peaked later at 5.5. CMC had a bigger delta starting at 3.0 ypc, but from week 9 on, he averaged 4.9ypc. It’s fun watching him develop. Nice between the tackles running too.
