Nick Saban Bold Message for College Football

in NCAA/NFL

The Alabama Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban have a bold message to College Football

You don’t want the Tide

They are 13-0 and have won their 3rd straight SEC Championship on a score of 54-16 against the Florida Gators team in Atlanta. What is impressive is that the Alabama Crimson Tide didn’t even have a great game but still delivered a 38 point blow out.

The Crimson Tide has been dominating their opponents the entire season and Nick Saban has been obsessive on perfection on every aspect of the field against strong and weaker opponents.

The Alabama Crimson Tide is currently the number 1 NCAA Football team going into the playoffs and would be playing against team number 4 during the College Football Playoff in the Peach Bowl.

No team wants to be on the number 4 spot going up against the Alabama as it is going to be brutal and unforgiving. Clemson is the only team that played well against Alabama but still lost and I am sure they would rather play someone else than Saban’s team.

The defense of Alabama creates too much problem for opposing quarterbacks as they can transition or play both zone and man-to-man, having different number of players on the front continuously confuse the QB to make consecutive good plays.

At this point no team is able to solve the defense of Crimson Tide and at the same time contain their offense.

Crimson’s offensive line include one of the best receivers and tight ends in the college football Calvin Ridley and O.J. Howard respectively. They also have at least five players who are NFL potential talent.

he Tide offensive line is one of the best in the nation, Calvin Ridley is one of the best receivers in the nation, O.J. Howard is one of the best tight ends in the nation, and the backfield goes five-deep with NFL talent.

Nick Saban bold message for the college football has substance and I am sure teams cannot refute this until they have proven they can beat Alabama Crimson Tide.

Who Will Replace the Injured Rob Gronkowski?

in NFL

The loss of Rob Gronkowski is a big hole to fill and Tom Brady calls it a ‘huge void’, but the team is where it is at and adjustments are expected.

Belichick knows his TE is not coming back this season except possibly in the Super Bowl —

Obviously, we’re all disappointed. Nobody’s worked harder than Rob and has been a better teammate and all that, so hopefully things will work out as positively as possible with him.

All the information we gave you is really all we have for now. I’m sure there will be more coming in as we go through the next few days, so we’ll just take it as it comes. It’s an unfortunate situation for him. That being said, we’re turning our attention to the Rams.

Rob Gronkowski is an integral part of the team and despite only playing five games this season he already has 3 touchdowns, rushed for 540 yards on 21.6 yards per catch.

With this void that Gronkowski is leaving who are the players we expect Tom Brady to trust more?

Martellus Bennett – without doubt Martellus will be targetted more throughout the rest of the season as being the primary TE on the team. He will now move from being TE2 to TE1. He had 4 touchdowns this season and while he is only averaging 12.9 yards per catch, Tom Brady will have to look for him more.

Julian Edelman – Martellus is not Gronkowski and a few misses here and there could have Tom redirect more to Julian Edelman. He is still the primary WR and while he has just averaged 9.6 points per catch, Tom Brady is going to target him more.

Malcolm Mitchell – Tom Brady found this guy starting Week 11 & Week 12 as he has had more catches and yards and fantasy points in two games than the entire past 10 weeks. Tom Brady is trusting this guy and so as fantasy owners as he has been started 20% more on Week 12. Expect to see him being involved more starting Week 13.

James White – This is still RB LeGarrette Blount turf, but we saw Tom Brady used James White to get team off-guard, if in case the receivers do not fill the void of Rob Gronkowski as expected, Tom Brady might opt to run the ball more, expect James White to more points and opportunities.

Rob Gronkowski is a big loss but as Tom Brady quotesWe still have a job to do and we’re going to try to do it as well as we possibly can., New England has the experience and players to make adjustments and make a run for the Super Bowl.

Tom Brady ‘big void’ on loss of Rob Gronkowski

in NFL

Rob Gronkowski is going to undergo back surgery which means starting Week 13 and for the rest of the NFL 2016 season he won’t be able to play.

This is bad news for the team as well as fantasy owners because Rob Gronkowski is one of the best if not the best tight end in the NFL right now.

Tom Brady share this sentiments during his interview with Jim Gray on the Westwood One Radio, he says that Rob is “a big void left by such a spectacular player.”

Tom Brady goes on telling that —

“Nobody wants Gronk not out there. Everybody wants Gronk out there every play of every game. But that’s not our reality. “We still have a job to do and we’re going to try to do it as well as we possibly can.

Tom Brady echoes that Rob is one of the best players in the game and is one of the most dependable. I agree on this as I have chosen Gronk in the 2nd round of our Fantasy Football and he can assure you lots of points when he is healthy, as Brady says —

“It doesn’t help losing great players, and to not have Gronk out there — one of our best players and one of our most dependable, consistent players — makes things challenging for us. But that’s what the NFL season is about. It’s about overcoming challenges, adversities. We have a lot of good players on our team that are going to need to step in and fill the void. And that’s a big void left by such a spectacular player in Gronk.”

It is still possible for Rob Gronkowski to return but that would be on the week of the Super Bowl should New England Patriots get there. They sure need him to get them there but right now thye would just have to deal with the challenge — So we understand the challenge is ahead. It becomes more challenging when you lose such a great player in Gronk, but I don’t think any of us are going to give up on what we’re trying to accomplish. We’ve played games without him this season, and we’re going to need to reach a higher level as individuals so that we can reach a higher level as a team.

Tom Brady understands that this is also hard on Rob —

Everyone is thinking about him and what he’s gone through. It’s such a physical sport. It’s hard to see people that you care about go through injuries. He’s gone through his fair share. I also know the resolve he has and that will never change with him. He’ll be as determined as ever to get back and get better as soon as possible.

Brady continues — Our thoughts are with him and what he’s gone through. He’s such a mentally tough person. He’s physically tough. He has a great energy and spirit about him, so we’re all wishing him the very best, and we hope he gets better as soon as possible.

Brady still feels optimistic —

I’m feeling so much better today. I’m excited about this weekend, going out there and playing against a great Rams defense. It’s going to be a good challenge for us and I’ll be feeling a lot better than I was feeling last week. That’s part of (the) football season, too, is dealing with the bumps and bruises and fighting through whatever adversity you face over the course of the week. A lot of guys are banged up at this time of year, a lot of guys aren’t feeling 100 percent, but you still have to go out there and find a way to perform at a high level. Nobody is making excuses and certainly nobody feels sorry for the Patriots. We still have to go out there and try to do our best and play a great game.

Even Belichick chimes in — Obviously, we’re all disappointed. Nobody’s worked harder than Rob and has been a better teammate and all that, so hopefully things will work out as positively as possible with him.

I understand what the team is going through and I understand it will hurt more in real life for New England Patrios because losing him as my starter Tight End in the Fantasy Football is already huge that I have to fill-up and considering there are a lot of TEs I can get from waiver wire it is still not the same.

For now let us hope that New England gets past this challenge and maybe see Rob Gronkowski during the Super Bowl.
